Welcome! I’m a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and adolescents build healthier, happier lives and relationships. I believe in taking a collaborative approach and creating a supportive relationship in order to help my clients identify the areas they want to change and get "unstuck" from old patterns and behaviors. Finding the right therapist and developing a strong rapport is a key element in making progress in your journey. It takes a lot of courage for some to take the step of beginning therapy, but the process doesn't have to be as daunting. I can't do the work for you, but I can be there to help you break through and find the happier and healthier version of you. All appointments will be held virtually via HIPAA compliant secure video conferencing at this time.
